Manage day-to-day operations and communications of the coalition, including record-keeping and executive meetings. Oversee fiscal operations and coordinated projects such as the Culture of Health Summit and Nurse Leader Programs. Easter Seals Louisiana, Support Coordinator
As a coordinator for individuals with disabilities, I was responsible for coordinating supports through phone calls and meetings. My key responsibilities included drafting and revising clients’ Comprehensive Plan of Care to maintain services through Medicaid funded Waiver, as well as holding Support Intensity Scale meetings. My focus was on ensuring that all clients received the necessary support to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. With strong organizational and communication skills, I was able to effectively manage multiple client cases and maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress.
